The private foundation Observatory for the Sustainability of Andorra (OBSA) is a research center whose main objective is the applied research in projects related to social, economic and environmental sustainability in Andorra.
The purpose of the studies is to provide the Andorran stakeholders (government, citizenship and private companies) the results and tools to support policy planning and decision making in various issues of priority interest for the country.
